Deposit Policy 💰🎨

We are excited to create a custom piece just for you! To begin the process, a 50% deposit is required before we start working on your commission. This helps secure your spot and covers the initial time and materials needed to bring your vision to life.

Once your artwork is complete, the remaining balance will be due before delivery or pickup. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you can see your piece come to life! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—We are always happy to help. 😊✨

Base Prices for Single-Subject Portraits:

Note: Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Additional Cost per Extra Subject:

  • For each additional subject in the portrait, add 30% to the base unframed price. For example, an 11" x 14" unframed portrait with two subjects would be priced at $250 + ($250 x 0.30) = $325.

Framing costs are based on standard options available in Ottawa.

Additional Cost per Extra Subject:

For each additional subject, add 30% to the unframed price. For example:

  • 20" x 24" unframed with two subjects → $600 + (30% of $600) = $780

  • 30" x 40" framed with three subjects → $2,000 + (30% of $2,000 x 2)] + framing cost = $3,700

Framing Details & Costs

Framing is based on standard frame options available in Ottawa. Larger custom frames cost more due to materials and glass sizing.

For custom frames, pricing may vary depending on frame material, matting style, and glass type.

Additional Considerations

  • Background Details: Simple backgrounds are included, but complex backgrounds may add $50–$200 based on complexity.

  • Rush Orders: Expedited commissions (under 2 weeks) may have a 20% rush fee added.

  • Delivery & Shipping: Local delivery is free for Ottawa, but shipping outside the city will be an additional cost based on size and location (as determined by Canada post).
